Staff Director definition

Staff Director means an employee of the Company who may be appointed as a Director pursuant to Article 50A;
Staff Director means a Director appointed in accordance with Article 56A;

Staff Director. ’ means an officer of the Company that is serving as a Director. See Article I(t) of the By-Laws.
