State Bar Court definition

State Bar Court means the Hearing Department or the Review Department established under Business and Professions Code sections 6079.1 and 6086.65.

Examples of State Bar Court in a sentence

  • Respondent must also state whether there are any proceedings pending against him in the State Bar Court and if so, the case number and current status of that proceeding.

Sec. 1911.

  • Delaware Court means the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware.

  • Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.
