State Personnel definition

State Personnel means the personnel of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
State Personnel means a State employee or official who is paid in whole or in part by the Central Payroll Bureau in the Office of the Comptroller.
State Personnel means a Minister and those State Associates acting for the State in respect of the Project and this Agreement but, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes Main Roads WA and any Utility Company.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
