State Street definition

State Street means the relevant State Street entity performing services pursuant to this Agreement.

State Street means State Street Bank and Trust Company.

State Street means State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company, not in its capacity as Indenture Trustee under the Trust Indenture, but in its individual capacity.

• To the extent the foregoing does not apply and to the extent permitted by law, you hereby assign and agree to assign, for no additional consideration, all of your rights, title and interest in any Work Product and any intellectual property rights therein to State Street.
