Statement of Position definition

Statement of Position means a writing that describes the appellant’s and the Exchange’s positions regarding an appeal, as specified in Section 10952.5 of the Welfare and Institution Code.
Statement of Position shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 16.5(2)(a).
Statement of Position or ‘Position Statement’ means a statement of assets and liabilities or Balance Sheet etc.
