Michigan strategic fund means the Michigan strategic fund as described in the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094.
Strategic Transaction means a transaction or relationship in which the Company issues shares of Common Stock to an entity which is, itself or through its subsidiaries, an operating company in a business related to the business of the Company and in which the Company receives material benefits in addition to the investment of funds, but shall not include a transaction in which the Company is issuing securities primarily for the purpose of raising capital.
Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;
Strategic Investor means a Corporation, partnership or other entity engaged in one or more Telecommunications Businesses that has, or 80% or more of the Voting Stock of which is owned by a Person that has, an equity market capitalization, at the time of its initial Investment in the Company or in a Permitted Joint Venture with the Company, in excess of $2 billion.
Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:
Strategic Alliance Agreement means the Strategic Alliance Agreement among the Corporation, Ciba-Geigy Limited and Ciba-Geigy Corporation, dated as of September 29, 1995, as amended, and any of their respective permitted successors or assigns thereunder. Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.
Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.
spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Common interest development means any of the following:

Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.
R2000 Strategy means an initiative by the Government of Kenya to improve the maintenance of the country’s Road Network by giving priority to maintenance through network approach, using appropriate technology, labour-based methods, local resources and increased usage of small-scale entrepreneurs.
New development means development resulting from the conversion of previously undeveloped land or agricultural land uses.
