STU or State Transmission Utility definition

STU or State Transmission Utility means the State Transmission Utility notified by respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act.

STU or State Transmission Utility or “Mahatransco” shall mean the Maharashtra State Energy Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL).
