Subdivision Authority definition

Subdivision Authority means the Subdivision Authority established pursuant to the Act through the Town’s Subdivision Authority Bylaw;

Subdivision Authority means a person or body appointed as a Subdivision Authority as contemplated by and in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c.M-26, as amended;
