Sublicensee definition

Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Sublicensee means any person or entity granted a Sublicense.

  • Any Sublicence under clause 3.1 must not permit the Sublicensee to further sublicense without UniServices’ prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).

Sublicensee means any third party to whom Licensee confers the right to make, use and sell Licensed Product and/or Licensed Processes.
