Subsequent Events definition

Subsequent Events when used with respect to a Party shall mean any one or more of the following:
Subsequent Events means material transactions that have occurred from January 1, 2021 to February 24, 2021;
Subsequent Events means material transactions that have occurred from January 1, 2019 to February 27, 2019;
