Subsequent Interest Periods definition

Subsequent Interest Periods means the Interest Accrual Periods specified as the Subsequent Interest Periods in the relevant Final Terms.
Subsequent Interest Periods as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Subsequent Interest Periods If so specified on the face hereof or in the pricing supplement attached hereto or delivered herewith, the Interest Rate on this Note may be reset by the Company on the date or dates specified on the face hereof or in the pricing supplement attached hereto or delivered herewith (each an "Optional Reset Date").
