Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement definition

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means a Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement among the Borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Agent, as executed and delivered pursuant to Section 3.01(c) and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the date hereof and substantially in the form of Exhibit F, made by all Domestic Subsidiaries (other than any Excluded Subsidiaries) of the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Guaranteed Parties (as therein defined).
