Supplemental Provisions definition

Supplemental Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Article XVII.
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Contracts and Grants Using Funds Provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Georgia Agency or Institution of Higher Education.

  • Failure to comply with these Supplemental Provisions shall constitute an event of default under the Contract and the State of Colorado may terminate the Contract upon 30 days prior written notice if the default remains uncured five calendar days following the termination of the 30 day notice period.

  • Failure to comply with these Uniform Guidance Supplemental Provisions shall constitute an event of default under the Grant Agreement (2 CFR §200.339) and the State may terminate the Grant upon 30 days prior written notice if the default remains uncured five calendar days following the termination of the 30 day notice period.

  • Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Uniform Guidance, including but not limited to these Uniform Guidance Supplemental Provisions.

  • Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.

  • Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be entered into by the Secretary of State and the Company pursuant to which the Company agrees to establish and maintain, and to carry on or provide for the carrying on, and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, an Academy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Supplemental Agreement and this Agreement;
