Supplementary aids and services definition

Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services, and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings to enable a child with a disability to be educated with non-disabled children to the maximum extent appropriate in accordance with 707 KAR 1:350.
