Supplier of the Company definition

Supplier of the Company means any person or entity that provided goods or services to the Company at any time during the twelve months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment.

  • Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to persuade any Client of the Company or Supplier of the Company to reduce the amount of business it does or to cease doing business with the Company.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.24 of the Disclosure Schedule, no Major Customer or Major Supplier of the Company has during the last twelve months materially decreased or limited, or threatened to materially decrease or limit, its purchase of the Company’s products, or its supply of materials or services to the Company, as the case may be.
