Supplies and equipment definition

Supplies and equipment means equipment, materials, goods, parts, miscellaneous commodities and other supplies which are not included as part of a contract for a public improvement project or for special services.
Supplies and equipment means and includes tangible goods, supplies, equipment, vehicles, printing, materials, and furniture and furnishings purchased on behalf of the city.

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.
