Supply Pipe definition

Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and
Supply Pipe means that part of the service pipe which is not owned by the Appointee;
Supply Pipe means so much of any service pipe as is not a communication pipe;

Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which we could not be, or have been, required to lay under section 46 of the Act;
