Support Worker means an individual qualified to carry out Personal Support Tasks and Homemaking Tasks as set out in the Special Conditions of the Agreement;

Support Worker means a qualified and trained employee of the agency-provider as required by subdivision 11b or of the participant employer under the budget model as required by subdivision 14 who has direct contact with the participant and provides services as specified within the participant's CFSS service delivery plan.
