Supporting Documentation definition

Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
Supporting Documentation means documents that validate expense claims to include, but not limited to the following:
Supporting Documentation means a memorandum to the board containing a request for reimbursement and explanation of the reason for the expense. All receipts for which reimbursement is sought and a travel claim must be attached to the memorandum.

Examples of Supporting Documentation in a sentence

  • Supporting documentation shall be submitted for each amount for which reimbursement is being claimed indicating that the item has been paid.

  • Supporting documentation acceptable to DASNY must be provided prior to payment, including invoices and proof of payment in a form acceptable to DASNY.

  • Supporting documentation used to reach the decision to disconnect shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer upon request.

  • Supporting documentation, statistical records, and all other PROGRAM related records shall be retained for a period of three (3) years following the delivery of the COMMODITY to the AGENCY.

Supporting Documentation means sufficient information in writing to enable the Customer to reasonably to assess whether the Call Off Contract Charges, Reimbursable Expenses and other sums due from the Customer under this Call Off Contract detailed in the information are properly payable. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Call Off Schedule 3 details: the Call Off Contract Charges for the Services under this Call Off Contract; and the payment terms/profile for the Call Off Contract Charges; the invoicing procedure; and the procedure applicable to any adjustments of the Call Off Contract Charges.
Supporting Documentation has the meaning ascribed to it in section 4.1(a) of this Agreement.

Supporting Documentation means the proof of residency or purchase on the part of the Referrer and must be a copy of the rates notice or lease issued in the name of the Resident Referrer, or a copy of the DFC Contract signed by the Purchaser Referrer.
