Swap Transactions definition

Swap Transactions means any and all such transactions of any kind, and the related confirmations, that are subject to the terms and conditions of, or governed by, any Hedge Agreement.

Swap Transactions means any interest rate swap transaction, forward rate transaction, treasury lock transaction, interest rate cap, floor or collar transaction, any similar transaction, any option to enter into any of the foregoing, or any combination of any of the foregoing.

Swap Transactions has the meaning given to such term in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

• There are also currently a number of regulatory initiatives which may make it difficult or impossible for the Issuer to enter into Asset Swap Transactions or Interest Rate Hedge Transactions.

• Any such termination of the Swap Transactions under a Swap Agreement will result in a redemption in full of the relevant Series of Notes at their Early Redemption Amount.

Swap Transactions means interest rate swaps entered into by the Bank s Capital Markets Credit Group for the account of or otherwise for the benefit of the Borrower.
