Swing Line definition

Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.14 hereof.

  • Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Section 10.13, if and to the extent that the enforceability of any provisions in this Agreement relating to Defaulting Lenders shall be limited by Debtor Relief Laws, as determined in good faith by the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuers and/or the Swing Line Lender, as applicable, then such provisions shall be deemed to be in effect only to the extent not so limited.

  • Immediately upon the making of a Swing Line Loan, each Lender shall be deemed to, and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to, purchase from the Swing Line Lender a risk participation in such Swing Line Loan in an amount equal to the product of such Lender’s Applicable Percentage times the amount of such Swing Line Loan.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if at any time CFC or another Lender serving as an L/C Issuer assigns all of its Commitment and Loans pursuant to subsection (b) above, (i) CFC or such other Lender, as the case may be, may, upon thirty days’ notice to the Borrower and the Lenders, resign as one of the L/C Issuers and/or (ii) CFC may, upon thirty days’ notice to the Borrower, resign as Swing Line Lender.

  • The Administrative Agent and, if applicable, each applicable L/C Issuer and/or the Swing Line Lender shall have received a Request for Credit Extension in accordance with requirements hereof.

  • The obligations of the Lenders hereunder to make Committed Loans, to fund participations in Letters of Credit and Swing Line Loans and to make payments pursuant to Section 10.5(c) are several and not joint.


More Definitions of Swing Line

Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.7 hereof.
Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by Bank of America in favor of the Borrower pursuant to SECTION 2.4.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by the Swing Line Lender in favor of Borrower pursuant to Section 2.8.
Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04. “Swing Line Borrowing” means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrowers by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by NationsBank in favor of the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.14.
