Swingline Facility Amount definition

Swingline Facility Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

Swingline Facility Amount means the maximum amount of Swingline Advances to be made by RFC from time to time, but not to exceed $75,000,000.

More Definitions of Swingline Facility Amount

Swingline Facility Amount means the independent obligation of the Swingline Bank to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof in an aggregate amount at any one time outstanding up to but not exceeding $7,500,000.
