Task Force recommendations definition

Task Force recommendations means the recommendations in the Final Report of the Statewide Ecological Extinction Task Force established by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 20 of the 149th General Assembly.

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.

  • RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

  • Statutory Plan means a plan required in terms of any legislation, including but not limited to, any structure plan, land use plan, zoning scheme, integrated development plan, water services plan, skills development plan and employment equity plan;

  • transitional matter means a matter that needs to be dealt with for the purpose of effecting the transition from the provisions of the Acts amended by this Act as in force before this Act comes into operation to the provisions of those Acts as in force after this Act comes into operation.
