Examples of Terminating Event in a sentence
If there occurs in relation to the Tenant [or the Tenant’s Surety] (or where the Tenant [or any Tenant’s Surety] comprises two or more persons there occurs in relation to any of such persons) a Terminating Event then the Landlord may at any time thereafter serve written notice on the Tenant determining this Agreement but without prejudice to any rights or remedies of any Party in respect of any antecedent breach of any of the obligations contained in this Agreement.
None of the events described in Section 14.2.1 and 14.2.2 shall constitute a Termination Event if the Buyer or the Seller cures the event, failure, or circumstance within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notification sent by the other Party, seeking termination, or such longer period as may be necessary to cure so long as the Party subject to the Terminating Event is exercising diligent efforts to cure.
The Administrator shall give notice to Optionees not less than 30 days prior to the consummation of a Terminating Event.
Any Options not exercised within such 30 day period will immediately terminate and such event shall be deemed to be a Terminating Event.
Subject to Section 10.4 hereof, all Options granted under this Plan shall terminate upon the occurrence of a Terminating Event.
