Termination Event Notice definition

Termination Event Notice is defined in Section 13.4(b).
Termination Event Notice has the meaning given in Section 11.2.
Termination Event Notice means notice provided by the Notes Trustee of a Termination Event, in the form set forth in Exhibit B.
