Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product definition

Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product means the terms and conditions (in Part 1) that apply to the Chosen Product, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product in a sentence

  • Where there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product, the latter will prevail.

  • The length of the term is set out in the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product.

  • Different arrangements for the payment of interest will apply if the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product say so.

  • The Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product will no longer apply; for example you will be free to take money from your Account at any time.

  • Sometimes, the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product may allow you to choose from a list of alternative terms (for example, they may allow you choose a term of 3, 6 or 12 months).

  • For so long as positive interest applies to a credit balance on the Account or part of it we pay positive interest on the Account as set out in the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product.

  • If the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product provide for what happens when the Chosen Product ends, those provisions will apply instead of this Clause 16 (or they will apply to the extent that they differ from what Clause 16 contains).

  • You can pay money into the Account at any of our branches but not if the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product say otherwise (for example, if they say you can only pay money in using 365 Online or 365 Phone).

  • This Clause 20 does not apply during a period in which the interest rate is fixed, as set out in the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product, or the Deposit Interest Rates Table.

  • The Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product may (a) limit your ability to lodge money to or take money from the Account and/or (b) mean there is a financial disadvantage to you if you take money out of the Account before the Chosen Product ends.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Software, as applicable and attached as Exhibit D.

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.
