In case of TFC, the Contractor shall follow the City’s instructions as to which subcontracts to terminate.
At the time of TFC or as soon afterwards as is practical, the Contractor shall give the City all Work, including partly completed Work.
Within 20 days after TFC, the City shall pay the Contractor one hundred dollars as a TFC fee and shall pay the Contractor for all Work performed except to the extent previously paid for.
No more frequently than once per month, PSP shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month.
