The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.
Neither the Department nor the Customer shall be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost institutional operating savings.
All work in progress will become the property of the Customer and will be turned over promptly by the Contractor.
