The original definition

The original or "an original" means the object to which a work is first fixed.

In order to fulfill its obligations to Owner Trustee under the Sale Agreement, the Company hereby agrees with the Owner Trustee and Lazard for the benefit of the holders of the Notes, the Exchange Notes (as defined below) and the Private Exchange Notes (as defined below) (collectively, the "Holders"), as follows:
