The Photographer definition

The Photographer means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx trading as Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Photography. “The client” means the photographer’s client. "Photographs" means all photographic material furnished by the photographer, whether transparencies, negatives, prints or any other type of physical or electronic material.
The Photographer means Inside My Business and its respective successors and permitted assignees.
The Photographer assigns limited rights to “The Client” (subject to condition 5). “The Client” may reproduce, copy and distribute the photographs for personal use only. This is known as a “license to print.” The client is not authorised to copy and / or pass any photographs or derived products to any third-party person and / or organisation for commercial use without first gaining permission in writing from the copyright owner (The Photographer).   • The Photographer has the right to substitute the rejected work with good work within a reasonable period, unless this would cause disproportionate damage to the Other Party.

  • The Photographer is entitled to carry out every part of the commission contract not explicitly described according to his own technical and creative judgment.

  • The Photographer is obliged to cooperate in tracing the persons referred to in this article.
