Third Party Network definition

Third Party Network means the Network owned or operated by a Licensee other than SingTel or the Requesting Licensee;
Third Party Network means a Network owned or operated by a licensed network facilities provider and/or network service provider other than the Access Seeker and the Access Provider;
Third Party Network means any Network which is not one of either Party’s Routed Networks;

  • This Agreement is entered into by Us for the benefit of Us and Our Third Party Network Provider.

  • All rights, including copyright in the Service and their content, belong to Us, Our Third Party Network Provider, other third party suppliers or Our licensed source, like a content provider.

More Definitions of Third Party Network

Third Party Network means the Network owned or operated by a Licensee other than PTCL or the Operator;
Third Party Network means Network rail lines outside the Metrolinx Network on which Metrolinx operates Passenger Train for its GO Transit services, including rail lines owned or controlled by Canadian National Railway or Canadian Pacific Railway.

Utility Service means any utility service, including water, electricity, gas, LPG, telephone, drainage, waste, sewerage and electronic communications. Variation means the variations to the Services in accordance with clause 13 of this Agreement.
Third Party Network means a telecommunications network, outside of the Network and operated by a third party, to which NBSL facilitates access through the Network.
