Third Party Organisation definition

Third Party Organisation means an organisation appropriately constituted with its registered address, or where there is no registered address its principal business address, in the Council area; and
Third Party Organisation means any organisation to which the Organisation provides Funds for use at, or for the purposes of, a Spoke Site. A Third Party Organisation is a Subcontractor for the purposes of this Agreement;
