Three Month Period definition

Three Month Period means each period commencing on each February 2, May 2, August 2 and November 2 and ending on (and including) May 1, August 1, November 1 and February 1, respectively (or on the date of a final distribution pursuant to Section 13).
Three Month Period means each consecutive 3 (three) month period calculated as from the Effective Date onwards and where the remedy period extends beyond the Three Month Period in which the breach in question occurred, that breach shall be reckoned in the following Three Month Period.

More Definitions of Three Month Period

Three Month Period means any three-month period successively following the Funding Date.
