Thunder Bay. For job locations within the City of Thunder Bay, employees will not be entitled to either daily travel, subsistence allowance or initial and return travel expenses. When the Union are unable to dispatch locally from the Thunder Bay out of work list to job locations which exceed fifteen (15) road kilometres from the City Hall of Thunder Bay, members from other out of work lists dispatched to these job sites shall receive initial and return travel expenses of $375.00 each way, and shall be paid all conditions thereafter as per Articles 19.00 and 20.00.
