TIF Ordinance definition

TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 96-10, as amended by Ordinance No. 2013- 19, of the City, and as may be further amended or supplemented from time to time.
TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2605 adopted by the City Council on April 18, 2017, adopting the Original Redevelopment Plan, designating the Redevelopment Area, approving the Original Redevelopment Project and authorizing tax increment financing within the Redevelopment Area.
TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 13-33 passed on October 7, 2013 by the City Council.

TIF Ordinance means City Ordinance No. 2089 adopted on September 22, 2015, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.

TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 3748 adopted by the City Board on December 18, 2000, authorizing tax increment financing within the Redevelopment Area.
