Time frames. For purposes of this procedure, a “day” is any weekday except Sunday, Saturday or a fixed date holiday as recognized by this Agreement. All written grievances and responses shall be dated and signed by the appropriate Union or City representative. Time limit extensions beyond those stipulated in this Agreement may be established by mutual agreement of the parties concerned.
