Time frames. For purposes of this procedure, a “day” is any weekday except Sunday, Saturday or a fixed date holiday as recognized by this Agreement. All written grievances and responses shall be dated and signed by the appropriate Union or City representative. Time limit extensions beyond those stipulated in this Agreement may be established by mutual agreement of the parties concerned. In the event no appeal of a grievance is taken within the time limit specified herein, including any extensions to which the parties agree, the grievance shall be deemed resolved. Any grievance not answered by the CITY within the prescribed time limit, including any agreed extensions, shall be considered to have been answered in the negative and may be advanced immediately to the next Step.   • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
