To solicit means the Participant’s, direct or indirect, contact or communication of any kind whatsoever for the purpose of inviting, encouraging or requesting any Customer to: (a) transfer their business from the Company to any other person, or (b) purchase any products or services from a company that is competitive with the Company, or (c) otherwise discontinue its patronage and business relationship with the Company. “Customer” means any person that has received a consumer loan from the Company (including their names, addresses, phone numbers, and financial information) or any person which has been in contact with the Company regarding obtaining a consumer loan during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of the Participant’s Termination of Service.
