Address of use means the building or buildings that are identified on the license and where radioactive material may be received, used or stored.
Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:
Direct mail means printed material delivered or distributed by United States mail or other delivery services to a mass audience or to addressees on a mailing list provided by the purchaser or at the direction of the purchaser when the cost of the items are not billed directly to the recipients. Direct mail includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. Direct mail does not include multiple items of printed material delivered to a single address.
Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:
Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
given “mailed”, “notify” or “sent” with respect to any notice to be given to a Securityholder pursuant to this Indenture, shall mean notice (x) given to the Depositary (or its designee) pursuant to the standing instructions from the Depositary or its designee, including by electronic mail in accordance with accepted practices or procedures at the Depositary (in the case of a Global Security) or (y) mailed to such Securityholder by first class mail, postage prepaid, at its address as it appears on the Security Register (in the case of a definitive Security). Notice so “given” shall be deemed to include any notice to be “mailed” or “delivered,” as applicable, under this Indenture.
Certified mills means the lesser of 18 mills or the number of mills of school operating taxes levied by the district in 1993-94.
Electronic mail address means a destination, commonly expressed as a string of characters, consisting of a unique user name or mailbox (commonly referred to as the “local part” of the address) and a reference to an internet domain (commonly referred to as the “domain part” of the address), whether or not displayed, to which electronic mail can be sent or delivered.
Website for Notices means the Website(s) for Notices as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.
Address for Notices means the addresses set forth in Sections Q and R of the Summary; provided, however, that after the Commencement Date, Tenant’s Address for Notices shall be the address of the Premises.
Overnight care means care for a child between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, when four or more hours are during a child's normal sleeping hours.

Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.
Notice Addresses means the following addresses for Tenant and Landlord, respectively:
address of delivery means the address of the recipient of goods or services or both indicated on the tax invoice issued by a registered person for delivery of such goods or services or both;
Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.
the telephone voting system means such telephone voting facility as may be provided by the returning officer for the purpose of enabling voters to cast their votes by telephone;

Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.
Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);
Receiving district means a district to which all or part of the territory of a dissolved district is attached under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12.
Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and
Ready-to-eat food means food that is in a form that is edible without washing, cooking, or additional preparation by the food establishment or the consumer and that is reasonably expected to be consumed in that form. Ready-to-eat food includes:
Electronic mail means any text, voice, sound or image message sent over a public communications network which can be stored in the network or in the recipient's terminal equipment until it is collected by the recipient.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
