Examples of Total Rentable Area of the Building in a sentence
Landlord reserves the right, throughout the term of the Lease, to recalculate the Total Rentable Area of the Building and/or the Complex.
Tenant’s Proportionate Building Share is the ratio of the Total Rentable Area of the Premises to the aggregate Total Rentable Area of the Building, from time to time.
The Landlord may from time to time, as it deems necessary, cause the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and the Total Rentable Area of the Building or any part thereof to be recalculated or remeasured and the cost thereof shall be included in Operating Costs (except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.08).
