Tracking Instrument definition

Tracking Instrument means each security, future or other instrument (i) the value of which is derived from the value or level of a Constituent Index or other Index Component or (ii) that is a component of or is referenced or otherwise used in connection with the calculation, or determination of the level, of a Constituent Index or other Index Component.
