Trading Platforms definition

Trading Platforms means any trading platform(s) offered by eToro’s Regulated Subsidiaries to end-users for the purpose of conducting trading activities via the Internet, including any updates and upgrades to such platforms. For the avoidance of doubt, Trading Platform shall not include any platform or app for (i) digital assets wallet services, or (ii) digital assets exchange services.
Trading Platforms means any platform, related software or application accessible by whatever means we offer including without limitation trading, direct market access, API, or information services we grant you access to or make available to you either directly or through a third party service provider and used by you to view information and/or enter transactions. “Trailing Stop” means a Stop Loss Order which is always attached to an open position and which automatically moves once profit in points becomes equal to or higher than the specified level for that Trailing Stop and which will continue to move automatically with each subsequent price movement only if that price movement is profitable. For the avoidance of doubt, as Trailing Stop works only in the client terminal, not in the server like a Stop Loss Order, it will not work when the Terminal is not connected, and may not work as intended during extreme volatility of underlying prices.
Trading Platforms means the electronic mechanism provided by the Company and consisting of trading mechanism, computer devices, software, databases, telecommunication hardware, programs and technical facilities, which facilitates trading activity of the Client, in financial instrument(s), for the Client’s trading account(s);

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may place Orders via our Electronic Trading Platforms and Mobile Applications as well as trough phone, as described in the Company’s Order Execution Policy.


More Definitions of Trading Platforms

Trading Platforms means the online MT4/MT5 Trading Platforms made available by Atossa from time to time to conclude Trades;
Trading Platforms means the electronic mechanism operated and maintained by the Company, consisting of a trading platform, computer devices, software, databases, telecommunication hardware, programs, and technical facilities, which facilitate the trading activity of the Client in FX and CFDs via the Trading Account.

Trading Platforms means any trading platform(s) offered by Cyber FX to end-users for the purpose of conducting trading activities via the Internet, including any updates and upgrades to such platforms.

Related to Trading Platforms

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.
