Trading Service definition

Trading Service. : shall mean all the activities and services in order to allow the Client to trade financial instruments in the Markets, through the entry, the cancellation and the modifications of the orders, the conclusion of the relevant transactions, their remittance, where applicable, to the daily trade-checking service, the receipt of the transactions executed and of the Markets Data.
Trading Service means any facility provided or to be provided by the Broker from time to time under this Agreement which enables the Client to give Instructions relating to any transaction, and send or receive other information services via telecommunications media (including through the use of mobile phones or telecommunications devices as the Broker may from time to time prescribe). 「交易服務」 指經紀在本合約之下不時已提供或將提供的任何便利,使客戶能夠透過電訊媒介(包括透過使用無線電話或經紀可能不時指定的其他電訊裝置),發出有關任何交易的指示並且發送或接收其他資訊服務。

  • The Client shall comply with the procedure guide issued by the Broker (set out in Clause 2.9 below) in relation to the operations and security measures of Electronic Trading Service and the Client undertakes to logoff the Electronic Trading Service immediately following the completion of each Electronic Trading Service session.

  • The Client hereby agrees that this Agreement (including the terms of the Electronic Trading Service) and all the terms herein shall be binding upon the Client and the Client’s heirs, estate, executors, representatives, successors and assignees.

  • The Client understands that the Electronic Trading Service is a semi-automated facility, which enables the Client to send electronic Instructions and receive information and services.

  • The distribution of materials via the Electronic Trading Service and/or Electronic Trading System may be restricted by law in certain jurisdictions.

More Definitions of Trading Service

Trading Service means those services that Client requests and that MediaMath agrees to provide for a given Campaign. The scope of the Trading Service for a given Campaign is subject to mutual agreement, and can include the services included in the Cam-­‐ paign QA Service, and Campaign planning, Campaign and Strategy setup, ad tag generation and verification of pixel firing, ad tag trafficking, Campaign and Strategy launch, monitoring, optimization and analysis. Such Campaigns will be classified as “Managed by MediaMath” in the Service Platform, and MediaMath is responsible for any error or overspend in a Campaign that is MediaMath-­‐Managed.

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.
