Traditional Group Health Plan definition

Traditional Group Health Plan means any group health plan other than either an account-based group health plan, as defined in applicable IRS or other binding guidance. Traditional Group Health Plan means any group health plan other than (a) an account-based group health plan, which includes but is not limited to a Health FSA or a health reimbursement arrangement described in Notice 2002-45, or (b) a group health plan that consists solely of Excepted Benefits.
