Tranche 2 definition

Tranche 2 has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(ii).

Tranche 2 means the amount of [**] to be applied in payment of the third pre-delivery instalment due by the Borrower to the Builder under the Building Contract to be advanced by the Lenders on a Drawdown Date by way of their Contributions thereto;

Tranche 2 means SEK 70,000,000.

Tranche 2 the “second” segment consisting of 4,000,000 shares exercisable under the Series B Warrant as hereby amended (i.e., available warrant shares no. 2,000,001 through 6,000,000).

Tranche 2 warrant shares shall in no event be exercisable after 5:00 p.m., New York Time, March 31, 2016.

Tranche 2 means the Equivalent Amount of the amount of the Hermes Premium payable by the Borrower to Hermes through the Hermes Agent on issue of the Hermes Cover;
