Transfer Certificate definition

Transfer Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Transfer Certificate) or any other form agreed between the Agent and the Borrower.
Transfer Certificate has the meaning given in Clause 26.2;
Transfer Certificate means a certificate in an approved form providing details of insured persons, policy held, and benefits paid. This is supplied by the previous health insurer.

Examples of Transfer Certificate in a sentence

  • The Facility Agent shall, subject to paragraph (b) below as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt by it of a duly completed Transfer Certificate appearing on its face to comply with this Agreement and delivered in accordance with this Agreement, execute that Transfer Certificate.

  • The Facility Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or an Assignment Agreement, send to the Borrower a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement.

  • In respect of any Transfer Certificate, the Agent shall be entitled to recover a registration fee of $2,500 from the Transferor Lender or (at the Agent's option) the Transferee Lender.

  • The execution of this Transfer Certificate may not transfer a proportionate share of the Existing Lxxxxx's interest in the Transaction Security in all jurisdictions.
