Trustee's Fee definition

Trustee's Fee. The amount payable to the Trustee on each Distribution Date pursuant to Section 8.05 as compensation for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trust hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties of the Trustee hereunder, which amount shall equal one twelfth of the product of (i) the Trustee's Fee Rate, multiplied by (ii) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and any REO Properties as of the second preceding Due Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, as of the Cut-off Date).
Trustee's Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, an amount, payable out of any payment of interest on the Mortgage Loan, equal to interest at ______% per annum on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Trustee's Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, an amount equal to interest at the Trustee Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

Trustee's Fee means the Fees for the Trustee of the First Trust, the Fees for the Trustee of the Second Trust and the initial trustee’s fee being the amount separately agreed between the Trustor of the First Trust and the Trustee of the First Trust, in its capacity as Trustee of the First Trust and as Trustee of the Second Trust, to be paid by the Trustor of the First Trust on the Trust Commencement Date of the Second Trust in accordance with Article 22.1 of the First Trust Agreement and Article 16.1 of the Second Trust Agreement.
