Unitary Charge definition

Unitary Charge the fee payable by the Authority under Clause 30.2 (Payment of Unitary Payment) and calculated in accordance with Schedule 6 (Payment and Performance Mechanism); "Unitary Charge Profile" the profile for the Unitary Payment contained in Schedule 17 (Unitary Charge Profile);
