University Residence definition

University Residence means the residence complex owned and operated by MRU; located at East Residence, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx X.X., Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 and West Residence, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx XX., Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0.
University Residence means any hall of residence or accommodation facility established or provided by the University from time to time.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
