Unvested Company Option definition

Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.
Unvested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is not a Vested Company Option.
Unvested Company Option means a Company Option (or portion thereof) that is unvested as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • Each unvested outstanding Company Option that is not an Unvested Company Option shall be treated as a Cancelled Option and shall be cancelled and extinguished, with no consideration payable in connection with such cancellation and no further rights to the holder thereof, at the Effective Time.

Unvested Company Option means any Company Option (or portion thereof) that is not a Vested Company Option.
