Valid means that a Certificate that has not expired and has not been revoked.
Valid for the stipulated time period as mentioned in the tender & in case of its expiry it will attract penalization.

Valid means that the Tax Verification Letter’s period of validity, as indicated on the Tax Verification Letter, has not ended.
